The Airport Residency Housing Complex has recently constituted its own registered Association in the name “Airport Residency Association of Apartment Owners” under the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 on 26th January, 2024. All the flat owners are the members of this Association.

The Association is regulated by the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Bye-laws, 2022 notified in Gazette Notification dated 06/04/2022. The Association is having its Board of Managers with President as Chief Executive Officer assist by Vice President, Secretary, Jt. Secretary(s), Treasurer & Jt. Treasurer(s) for managing its own affairs & business.

The Board is having total numbers of 48 posts. However, presently, there are 32 Managers including 08 office bearer posts in the Board. The objective of the Board is to maintain harmony in the Housing and to strive & promote all such activities for betterment of our Housing.
